Mitsubishi Electric Group Hong Kong Donates HK$1 million to Support Tai Po Fire Relief
(Hong Kong, 9th December 2025) — Mitsubishi Electric (Hong Kong) Limited and Mitsubishi Elevator Hong Kong Company Limited (collectively, “Mitsubishi Electric Group Hong Kong”) are deeply saddened by the tragic fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po. We extend our heartfelt sympathies and sincere condolences to all the affected residents and families.
In response to the sudden challenges many families are facing, Mitsubishi Electric Group Hong Kong donated a total of HK$1 million to aid those impacted by the incident. The donation was made to a charity organization, Yan Chai Hospital, to support their relief initiatives through the dedicated relief fund. This will provide emergency assistance and contribute to the long-term recovery of those affected.
Guided by our belief in standing together with the community, Mitsubishi Electric Group Hong Kong remains committed to supporting Hong Kong during difficult times. We hope that affected residents will find comfort and strength from the care extended by people across the city on their recovery journey. We also express our sincere appreciation to the frontline rescue teams for their tireless efforts and dedication.
